I’m interested! What do I do now?

1. The best place to start is with the Frequently Asked Questions page. This page addresses many of the most commonly asked questions about the MSVCC. If you don’t find the answers there, keep exploring!

2. Select a host college. If you are not already affiliated with a Mississippi Community College, the MSVCC Colleges page geographically locates all of the colleges in Mississippi.

3. Orient yourself to online learning with your chosen host college. Clicking any college name on the MSVCC Colleges page takes you to that colleges distance learning website. From your host college distance learning site, you will be able to learn about college services, determine if distance learning is right for you, learn about technical requirements, and learn the skills required to take online courses.

4. Once you have determined that online courses are right for you, contact your chosen host college to apply for admission.

5. Once admitted, you will follow your host college’s instructions for registration.

6. Continue exploring your host college website and check out or enrolled students page for information that will prepare you for the opening day of classes. Your college may require an orientation session.
